Henry Harris Lines (1801-1889)

Watercolour on prepared board, signed lower right and dated 1887. The partially legible pencil endorsement reads The bog of H.... home of the yellow flag. The son of the  influential Birmingham artist and designer Samuel Lines, Henry Harris's landscape paintings were widely exhibited.
